Alternatively, you can also bundle multiple paid plans for more features and better limits.

You can send up to 500 emails per month for free. However, you can send up to 20,000 emails per month with our Campaigns plan and a custom number of monthly emails with Tidio+.

You can send live chat messages by combining the Campaigns plan with a Customer Service plan.   The Customer Service plans enable you to engage your website visitors through the live chat widget proactively.   The free Customer Service enables you to engage up to 50 customers per month. Yes. You can use Lyro AI Chatbot by combining any Campaigns plan with the Lyro AI plan.   The Lyro AI plan enables you to handle up to 200 conversations per month with AI. However, you can let Lyro handle as many conversations as you want with Tidio+.

You can use Flows by combining any Campaigns plan with the Flows plan.   With the Flows plan, you can add workflow templates to your website or manually create as many automated workflows as you want with our drag-and-drop builder.   Although your Flows can have an unlimited number of chats, the Free Flows plan limits them to interact with only 100 unique visitors per month. However, you can interact with up to 40k visitors per month with our paid Flows plan and a custom number of visitors with Tidio+.
